One Summer

It's tough studying, trying to motivate yourself to do something you truly loathe.

However it's even tougher when, as a hater of managment jargon such as 'value add', you come across a phrase like this in the preparation notes.

Techniques for Change Implementation
...
Create change teams.
Foster idea champions.

Yeah? I just got a mission statement for our project team that instructs me to 'Accept Variables And Embrace Synergy'.

I would suggest that they accidentally left off 'Reach Over And Tug The Guy Standing Next To You'.

I find relating everything back to systems theory makes my lecturers orgasm when they read my papers.

Thow in a bit of a discussion of hetrogenious teams and strong cultures and you got yourself a thesis :P
